We want you to love your BC purchase so if you have if you have any issues with your size or fit you are welcome to exchange your item for another within 14 days of receiving your order. (Postage costs are extra).

6 Month Manufacturing Warranty

We hope you'll look after your new BC sustainable fashion accessory purchase & offer a 6 month manufacturing warranty. This does NOT include daily wear & tear or accidents as these items are worn and will see a range of environments.

We do however want to keep you looking cool and helping the planet so if you have any issues please contact us & we'll see if we can help you out with your needs.

As we are a small boutique brand we cannot blindly accept warranty claims but we are small enough to give your personal & customised service if you need it.
